Actor/Singer/Writer

Madelyn Monaghan is a classically trained soprano, actor, writer, and recording artist based in New York City. She is also an Irish traditional (Sean-nós) singer and teacher of that style with students on five continents!

She studied at The American Musical & Dramatic Academy (AMDA) and The New School, where she earned a BFA in Musical Theatre and completed the Riggio Writing & Democracy Honors program with a concentration in fiction.

Madelyn has worked in regional and Off-Broadway theatre and recently starred in the film Exposure Therapy (2023). She has collaborated with renowned recording artists in the U.S., Ireland, Amsterdam, and London. In September 2022, she released her debut album éist with fellow Irish-American musician, Cullen Vance!
